Our Focus
We thrive on being a business that focuses on all wood fired meat. Each meat is cooked over a live fire, fueled with a mixture of oak and apple wood. We also love to bring good southern homestyle sides to the table. And we can't forget our sweet treats like Aunt Ruthies Banana Puddin', Chocolate Pecan Cobbler, and Peanut Butter Pie.
Our Story
In 2021 we decided to venture into the food truck world. We started as a side business and have quickly expanded into a full time food truck! Ben is a firefighter and Bayley is a nurse. Hayes is our pittmaster in the making. We love providing quality food to Western NC and Eastern TN!
